SALES TAX INFORMATION
Orders shipped outside of California may be exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add the appropriate current sales tax. Due to regular variations in California sales tax, rates are subject to change without notice. California orders are subject to tax on handling fees, COD fees and rush fees. This additional tax will be applied the to invoice. As of the published date of this web page, the current rate is 7.75%.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify GameOnCards.com customer service to ensure a prompt response to the problems with your order. As many of our items are unique we may not be able to replace damaged goods with an identical replacement. GameOnCards.com is not responsible if no notification is received within 5 working days of receipt of goods (excluding Sundays and Holidays). GameOnCards.com will file a claim with the carrier in most cases. If the customer files a claim with the carrier, GameOnCards.com will not be responsible for replacing damaged products and the customer will be responsible to pay for any replacements until the carrier pays the claim. Please follow these instructions to avoid any problems or misunderstandings associated with damaged products and freight claims.

SHORTAGES
Always check the contents of your delivery to assure all items ordered were received. If you are missing any item(s) be sure to check for back orders notated on your invoice before calling our customer service department (see back orders). If a shortage has occurred, contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery to assure a prompt replacement. GameOnCards.com assumes no liability after this period.

RETURNS
Only products that are factory sealed can be returned for credit, exchange or refund (single cards are not available for return). Should you need to return a product for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions. GameOnCards.com will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. Customer will pay freight on all return orders. Important: Gift certificates have no cash value and must be redeemed for merchandise only. All special order products prepaid in full and are non-returnable.

REFUSALS
All refused COD orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. GameOnCards.com will consider the entire order cancelled and void with no notification to the customer. The customer will be billed 25% plus all freight charges to and from the destination. Contact our customer service department for more information.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Availability of all items on this web site are subject to change without notice. GameOnCards.com reserves the right to discontinue products, services or accessories without notice.

PRICING
Prices on this website were in effect at the time of publishing and supersede all prices that have been displayed during any previous publication. GameOnCards.com makes every effort to honor the prices contained herein. GameOnCards.com reserves the right to change prices without notice.

BACK ORDERS
The invoice located in the packing slip of your order will notate any items that were out of stock at the time of shipping. The unavailable items will be back ordered unless otherwise specified on your order. Back orders are usually shipped when the products arrive at our facility without prior notification. GameOnCards.com will make an effort to contact the customer if the backorder is more than 90 days old. If you wish to cancel a back order, please notify our customer service department immediately.
